Class Types

Expect to move in a continuous flow, focusing on form and mastery of each exercise in this all levels class The sequences are structured to engage the entire body with a focus on improving balance, strength, posture and connection to breath. Instructors provide equipment setup instruction and assistance (where needed) as well as beginner to intermediate modifications allowing each client to customize the work based on their skills and desires.
Enrollment Notes: Clients with injuries may not be well suited for group classes. Prenatal to 16 weeks (with Dr permission) and Teen friendly.

Our Intermediate / Advanced class. Suitable for experienced students only (read list below if you're unsure; we want everyone moving safely).
Here we emphasize more complex and challenging movements with nuanced precision and at a faster pace. An appropriate forum for those who have demonstrated proper mastery of the essential level exercises and have a strong understanding of the Pilates fundamentals.
This class is NOT for you if:
✓ You are new to Pilates and/or have less than 6 months of consistent practice
✓ You are still working on the basics, your overall strength and/or body awareness
✓ You need to modify basic and or advanced exercises due to prior injuries, joint issues or osteopenia/osteoperosis
✓ You are pregnant or still gently building back your core strength postpartum -
SCULPT is our most athletic, energized and toning Pilates class! Come to work hard, get sculpted and have fun while being supported by high instructor energy and good beats. Exercises will specifically target and tone not only your CORE but your ENTIRE body while also aiding in posture improvement, flexibility and mind-body connection.
Intermediate class. Not for beginners, those with injuries or beyond 1st trimester of pregnancy. Pilates experience required. -

Providing a supportive approach to strength and movement in a mixed equipment format. No balance or standing on top of Reformer required. Movements modified for ease of accessibility. Seniors, postnatal, post-rehab friendly!
